David Molard Soriano, an accomplished conductor, has a rich history of collaborative work with esteemed orchestras and conductors. As Assistant Conductor to Paavo Järvi and Fabien Gabel at the Orchestre de Paris and the Estonian Festival Orchestra, he honed his skills. Subsequently, he served as assistant conductor of the Orchestre National de France, conducting prestigious programs and recordings.
During the 2022-2023 season, Soriano made notable debuts at the Opéra National de Bordeaux and with several renowned orchestras, including the Orchestre national de Metz Grand Est and the Opéra Orchestre national Montpellier Occitanie.
Soriano’s conducting prowess has earned him invitations from various orchestras worldwide, including the Russian National Orchestra and the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse. Despite his focus on symphonic repertoire, he remains drawn to the lyrical, directing productions like “Carmen” and “La Traviata”.
In 2016, Soriano founded the Île-de-France Youth Orchestra, renowned for its high-performance standards and demanding programs. He also initiated the Rencontres Musicales du château d’Ainay-le-Vieil, a festival showcasing a wide range of musical performances.
