Description
This album is, in many ways, a reflection of our life together.
For years, these duets have been part of our musical journey. We grew up with this repertoire, revisited it through different stages of life, and it became more than just music—it became a shared memory, a reflection of our inner world as siblings.
Our violins, like us, are siblings: both crafted by the French master Jean-Baptiste Vuillaume. They live, breathe, and evolve with us, gaining new colors, depth, and voice each year. This recording captures not a single moment, but a long journey—two people, two instruments, and the music that has shaped us.
Two violins are like two voices—speaking, arguing, laughing, and intertwining, yet always creating music greater than the sum of its parts. From Baroque refinement, through Classical clarity, Romantic expression, to 20th-century exploration, this album celebrates the enduring magic of violin duets: intimacy, dialogue, and the power to convey everything music can express.
This is a journey through time, styles, and emotions—where two violins continuously find a common language to share joy, beauty, and inspiration.
