Ballads Part 1 is an intimate and cinematic vocal album by composer, singer, and producer Evgenia Zhazhelo, setting poetry by William Ernest Henley, Rudyard Kipling, and anonymous authors to original music. Blending classical lyricism with modern orchestral and electronic textures, the album explores themes of love, longing, resilience, and inner strength.
With Zhazhelo’s expressive vocals at its core and rich symphonic colors throughout, Ballads Part 1 reflects a crossover aesthetic where poetry, orchestration, and contemporary sound design meet in a deeply personal musical language.
