The album Dreaming by the Italian pianist and composer Giulio Pietropaolo brings together sixteen piano pieces conceived as a set of sonic miniatures:  brief, delicate, and direct works that explore the instrument with closeness and clarity.  Each piece develops a specific musical idea, free of artifice, with attention to detail, colour, and the breathing of the musical discourse.
